Stryva provides web design, custom solutions, and AI & automation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Service specifications, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or service contracts.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon invoice receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. However, Stryva retains the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes. Any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or frameworks used remain the property of Stryva or their respective owners.
The materials on Stryva's website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Stryva makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Stryva or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Stryva's website, even if Stryva or a Stryva authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Stryva's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Stryva does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Stryva may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
